Peanut Butter Protein Balls

This six ingredient snack has the perfect balance of carbs, fats, and protein. Eat two of these peanut butter protein balls to provide a quick boost of energy for your pre or post-workout.

What you’ll need:

  • Peanut Butter – 1/2 c.
  • Flax Seed – 1/3 c.
  • Rice Krispies 1/2 c.
  • Oats 1/2 c.
  • Honey 1/3 c.
  • Chocolate Chips 1/2 c.
Prep time: 5-7 mins
Serving Size: 2, 2″ balls
Servings: 8

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Roll into 2″ balls *** I recommend using a mini ice cream scoop
  • Place balls on parchment-lined cookie sheet
  • Place cookie sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to solidify
  • Store in sealed container in either the fridge or freezer
