I am a full-time college student and personal trainer striving to live a rich and vibrant life. I believe that the key to growth is to challenge yourself and take every opportunity to try something new.

Why did I become a personal trainer?

Physical fitness has played a prominent role in my life since I was a child. I grew up in the world of competitive figure skating and dedicated eleven years to the sport. In order to enhance my performance, I did plyometrics, cardiovascular training, ballet, yoga, and bootcamp-style strength training. After retiring from figure skating, my passion for fitness grew and I found myself in the gym more than ever. I became personal trainer certified to enhance my knowledge and help others become the best versions of themselves.

What does this blog offer?

This blog is here to serve as a source of inspiration for everything health and wellness related. I will be sharing my personal ideas about: workouts, healthy eating, supplements, goal-setting practices, and general success tips. The goal is to make healthy living fun and sustainable.
